My Approach
I believe we can listen deeply to ourselves, gain clarity, and even perceive things differently when we say them out loud. Especially when witnessed by another empathetic human.
Engaging in therapy can take courage. So I aim to make it approachable (hopefully enjoyable!)
I treat this work as a collaborative process with clients. There are no agendas hidden behind a curtain or subjects stuffed under the rug. We co-create a space free of judgment, and build a relationship rooted in trust, openness, compassion, and curiosity.
If that all sounds good to you...

About Me
I became a therapist because I've been there, and I'm still here. I'm grateful you are, too.
In life and work, I feel most connected—to myself and others—when supporting conversation on topics that people often feel hesitant to talk about.
These experiences have shaped my devotion to psychotherapy, where the diligence of science and creativity of art intersect.
So glad we found each other
Humans aren't designed to struggle alone. And you deserve support as much as anyone else.
You might recognize your experience in the words below. Or you might be dealing with another challenge.
Let's connect and see if I'm the right person to help you find your way through the sometimes difficult work of being alive.
